The portal is operated by Integral Group Consulting Pte Ltd (“We”).  We are registered in Singapore under company registration number 200609849M and have our registered office at 1 Scotts Road, Shaw Centre, #24-10, Singapore 228208.

We provide a platform for HR to engage our services and to provide their companies details for facilitation purposes.

Kindly note that we do not control or bear responsibility or liability for:

• any link to third party  websites or service providers;
• the behavior of other guests and registered users of our portal.

• Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page.

Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

• Changes to our portal

We may update our portal from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any content on our portal may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

We do not guarantee that our portal, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

• Accessing our portal

Fees for accessing our portal is subject to our discretion and may be revised from time to time. We shall endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice where we revise our fees. You may discontinue your access to our portal where you are not agreeable to the fees.

We do not guarantee that our portal, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our portal is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our portal without notice. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, our portal is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our portal through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them. 

• Your account and password

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

Kindly note that that you are not allowed to share your user account with any other person, and we are entitled to terminate or disable your account if we have discovered or have reason to suspect that you are sharing your user account.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

We will not provide any third party with your user identification code or password, save for when required by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory authority.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at contact@igc.com.sg.

• Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our portal, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our portal for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to content posted on our portal. 

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our portal must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the content on our portal for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from our licensors or us.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our portal in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our portal will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

use of, or inability to use, our portal; or

use of or reliance on any content displayed on our portal.

In the event that you access our portal for any commercial or business purpose, please note that you do so at your own risk and we will not be liable for any of the following:

loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;

business interruption; 

loss of anticipated savings;

loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or

any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our portal or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.

We assume no responsibility for the content posted by you or any other users and the content of third-party websites linked to our portal. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of these third-party websites.

• Uploading content to our portal

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our portal, or to make contact with other users of our portal, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

You irrevocably and unconditionally represent and warrant that any content uploaded by you to our portal complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (No. 26 of 2012). You also irrevocably and unconditionally agree and undertake that you will be liable for and indemnify us against any all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential loss, loss of profits, reputation, interest, legal and other professional costs and expenses) suffered by us as a result of a breach of your representation, warranty and/or indemnity.

We will only use the content uploaded by you for the purposes of carrying out the services (as defined above), and for the purposes of carrying out our obligations in this agreement. We will not disclose or distribute the content uploaded by you, save for when required by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory authority.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our portal constitutes a violation of their rights under Singapore law.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content or data uploaded by you or any other user of our portal.

We have the right to remove any posting you make on our portal if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

The views expressed by other users on our portal do not represent our views or values.

• Termination or closing of account

In the event you choose to terminate or close your account for any other reason, you will be given 30 days from the date of notice of termination to access or download the content that you have uploaded onto your user account (the “Download Period”). Please note that you will no longer be able to access your user account or download any content from your user account upon expiry of the Download Period. We are not responsible or liable for any content that you did not save or download into a separate database during the Download Period.

• Viruses

We do not guarantee that our portal will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our portal. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our portal by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material, which is malicious and/or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our portal, the server on which our portal is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our portal. You must not attack our portal via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act (Cap 50A). We will not hesitate to report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our portal will cease immediately.

• Linking to our portal

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Our portal must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our portal other than the home page.

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

The website in which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by Singapore law. We agree that the courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

The business indicators used in our portal are the trade marks of Integral Group Consulting Pte Ltd.
